A mobility-focused lifestyle brand looking for an ultra-compact, low-noise air purification solution that can be used safely in confined car interiors — without the need for filters or ozone-emitting devices.
Problem
Traditional car purifiers use HEPA filters or ionizers, which either generate ozone or require filter changes. Drivers needed a safer, maintenance-free alternative that could neutralize odors, smoke, and airborne bacteria in real-time during driving or idling.
Strategy & approach
We designed Air Shot Road with TiO₂-based photocatalytic oxidation (PCO) in a vertical tower design that fits seamlessly into any cup holder. By combining UV-A LED with a honeycomb filter, we ensured complete sterilization and odor removal without consumables or ozone generation.
The device draws in cabin air through the side mesh, processes it via the PCO chamber, and gently releases clean air upward — without noise, without heat.
