A commercial air technology startup looking for consistent, reliable LED modules tailored for photocatalytic sterilization. The client required both UVA (365nm) and UVC (275nm) wavelengths in custom lengths and verified power output.
Problem
Conventional off-the-shelf LED strips showed performance inconsistency, thermal instability, and limited lifetime under continuous operation. A professional-grade solution was needed for integration into air purification and disinfection devices.

Strategy & approach
We supplied high-quality LED modules based on Seoul Semiconductor and Lite-On chips. Each module was custom-assembled with thermal-optimized PCBs and LM80-tested LEDs. UVA and UVC wavelengths were validated via spectroradiometer to ensure target irradiance levels for TiO₂-based PCO reactions.
